I would like to recommend a share for a medium term investment....Apache Oil Corporation....trading on the American market, in the hope that you'll all put your life savings into this, and possibly have an effect on the price.

Any other tips from people???...Lets artificially RAMP those prices up

got my fingers burnt taking tips from bulletin boards in the dot com boom.

Anyway take at look at the nasdaq, its started to go and some of the telecoms stocks have started to rise.

You could buy ten Sheffield United Shares at 7p each.
And pop along to the AGM for a few complimentary drinks as a
shareholder.
With a bit of luck your shares coule be worth 8p at the end of the season -that's a healthy gain of around 15% -and about five times more than yer bank is paying.

I'm a little reluctant to invest in Oil companies after previous investments has seen little or no return. Previously I invested in Dragon Oil and Dana Petroleum.

Actually, Haleven may be right. The govt is unlikely to go bankrupt, is it? They can always introduce another stealth tax or too (or invade another oil rich country). ;)

Trouble is Blair reckons he will serve another full term here, he's determined to secure the remunerative E.U. post (at our considereble cost). I have a feeling Brown and his allies will have a say in that. Hopefully hurricane Brown will come SPINNING his way very soon. :x
