I believe that the Barbers at the tramstop in Hillsborough does them. Well they used to a few years ago. Not cheap either.

I think there are a few places on Abbeydale rd that will do it. I think one in particular is opposite Taylors car pitch. Just make sure they use a new blade. I wouldn't mind one myself but not had time to look into it. Let us know if you have any luck.

I've got pretty long hair and am looking for somewhere more male orientated to sort it out!!

All the asian/turkish barbers do them, Abbeydale rd, firvale, staniforth rd. Cost approx £4. I would reccomend babylons in Firvale.

Hey Joth, are you a licenced premises to serve alcohol, I heard that the only licensed hairdressers in sheffield is Gents Division on Abbey Lane which is also a modern and traditional mens hairdressers, heard that theyve even got a bar in there. Good luck with your new business and joining others to bring mens hairdressing into this century!

They used to do them at Granville College along with haircuts etc

Harrington's of Bawtry provide all aspects of barbering from cut throat shaves to a good hair cut. Also have a drinks licence and able to offering massage and facials all in a men's environment. Have a look on facebook or call 01302 233050 for a price list.

I believe the old-style men's barber near Hunter's Bar roundabout does them (just down from Boots on the corner).

They're a very traditional kind of place, and I know they've got the necessary gubbins because they used to trim my neck with a cut throat blade after a hair cut.

The Barber shop on London Road opposite Highfield Library, next to the bus stop do cut throat shave.

I'm sure there's a few areas in Sheffield where you could get your throat cut.

A cut throat razor is classed as a weapon as the blade is over the 2 inches long, so carrying it around is illegal. Many places sell them however both new with a strop and sharpening paste and vintage. The vintage ones look great but have nicks and would need a lot of attention to get them useable. We stock Edwin Jagger shaving sets and they supply cut throat razors as part of they range I will look into it further for anyone interested.
