Its annoying me, I have found myself a new avatar but everytime I shrink it to the right size I lose the animation in it

I'm probably being really thick but can someone tell me how to trim it and not lose its animation ? (its 53 x 51 at present :gag: )

Use Gifworks (http://www.gifworks.com/) for resizing/trimming gifs.

Yeah, I had a great avatar, OK with the pixel size, but too big in terms of (bytes?) for the Forum:(
