A tree at Holt House has fallen and squashed a bus stop, blocking Abbeydale road at the junction with Bannerdale road.

No Injuries (no one standing at the bus stop).

m18 jct 5-7 closed n bound

a18 closed both ways due to unsafe building

woodhead pass and snake closed due to lorry overturned

No trains stopping at doncaster at all.

The tree on Abbeydale road fell in front of my wifes car (with our daughter in the back) She had just moved away from the lights and it fell - freaked her out big-stylee. She's ok and fortunately no one else was hurt

About an hour ago - all trains from Manchester to Sheffield cancelled. Not sure about the situation now.

Manch Picadilly station now open - but s*d all trains as at 10 mins ago.

Apparently snake pass is open again, other half is on it now heading towards Manchester.

Effingham Rd is still shut causing chaos this morning as well.

Effingham Road is now open.
