I've just inherited a signed Sheffield United footbal which must date back to the 60/70's but all the signatures are illegible. Can anyone spoint me to a site where I can see who played and when? One signature looks like Bobby Robson - is that possible - sorry I'm a bit of a girlie! There's also a D*** C****, S**** D****, Ray/Ron ****, G**** E***, B*******y, George C****** ............any ideas?

I am not a Blades fan but I am fairly familiar with players names from the United sides of the last 30 years or so, and there is nothing there that rings a bell. Bobby Robson played for and managed Ipswich Town in the 60s/70s. Can you make out any other surname ?????
