Hello. I'm having some major work done at home next week, new boiler, radiators, bathroom, so the house will be in chaos. I can't really leave the dog while I'm at work, as she'll be scared by all the noise, and as they'll be in every room in the house, I can't lock her in one room. Does anone know if there is such a thing as a dog creche or dogsitters? Otherwise looks like I'll have to try and beg some time off work.
Thanks.

Yes there is - we take Gadget to Waggytails when he needs dogsitting... they look after him at their house and take him out for nice long walks - he loves it!

This thread has details for both Waggytails and Pet-Walkiz: http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=167087

Hi there,

My partner and I are looking to set up a similar service over the next few months.

We have three dogs of our own and live in the country, North Sheffield. We have a large secure 1/4 acre garden and someone there 24 hours a day.

If you get stuck, drop me a line and I am sure we'll be able to help.

Regards
