Can you give me your thoughts about the S5 area? Is it a nice area to live in?

Depends on what you call nice, there are some parts of it better than others. There is some scum as with all areas, but it's not full of scum, there are lots of hardworking decent people who live here as well.

I'd be living on my own. My landlord's selling the apartment I'm living in right now and I've got an interesting offer in the S5 area. Don't know which part.

think you need to find out where in s5 as it covers a massive area, i know most of it so could tell you if its a great offer or not
