View Full Version : Buses to Northern General Hospital wednesdayowl 23-09-2004, 22:34 Can anyone please tell me which bus I need to catch from the city centre to the Northern General Hospital. (Barnsley Road entrance). Also where would I get on in the town centre? Thanx alot. Plain Talker 23-09-2004, 23:03 the number 20, mainline now serves the NGH. you would need to get it from arundel gate, near teh crucible. the 97/ 97a stops in *pretty much* the same place, (on arundel gate, and at the hospital). the best thing to do, is to call traveline on (01709) 515151, to confirm bus times, and which particualr stop on Arundel gate you need to access the bus(es) at. You need the 47/48, which stop just near the bingo hall on flat street (pond street side of FitzAlan Square) PT Abdul 24-09-2004, 07:34 You can aldo take the 75 / 76 bus, which will drop you off by the Fir Vale entrance of the hospital (just metres away from the Barnsley Road entrance). I'd go for the 75 /76 bus - it gets out of the city centre quicker (no jokes please) |
