Anyone seen or heard of this website?
I was reading about it on Metro this morning and it gives me an idea.
www.helpdabouncerretirebygivinghimfreemoney.com
cosywolf 10-07-2003, 12:13 Aw, DB you disappointed me...off I hopped to have a look at your brilliant scheme...(being gullible an' all) and it's not there.
...maybe if she didn't go to the pub for a while she might save enough pennies....:o
She has a Subaru impreza :o
Can't belive that someone with an expensive, flashy, car like that can't afford a paint job. Can we start our own campaign to get her site shut down and all money sent to a real charity?
waxy chuff 10-07-2003, 12:44 Agreed. Do you guys know how much the insurance alone is on that thing?
I'm going to send a rubber cheque.
Bloody scroungers, coming to our country and stealing our women...
I think it's brilliant. As she said "if you don't ask you don't get" and some of the money may go to charity.
PS Iwon't be sending money as I'm in the middle of negotiations with some nice people from Nigeria and may need to keep some money for expenses and possibly a flight out to Nairobi.
Wish me luck.

kittykat 10-07-2003, 13:45 wow i would LOVE a pink car, but theres NO WAY i would pay that for it! Does anyone have any idea how much it would be to have it pink without the glitter? any cheaper? I always intended on having a pink car once i graduated and bought myself a bigger one than the one i have now.
There is a cheaper way - get a couple of tins of pink matt emulsion from B&Q, and sprinkle some glitter over the car while the paint is still wet :)
All for tupence ha'penny, or there abouts.
Phanerothyme 10-07-2003, 14:18 I always use hammerite on cars for a superior tough finish. Slight increase in parasitic drag for some reason though. their glittering graphite is hard to beat.
I won't be sending this person any money though. Need all the spare cash I can get to paint all the blue wheelie bins on our street green

I pay £500 a year fully comp, protected no claims and I can drive any other car fully comp. Must be my age ;)
DaBouncer 16-07-2003, 16:54 So are you the ACTUAL soulgirl from the site or did you just like the name and thought you'd use it?
Soulgirl 16-07-2003, 19:53 Yes, tis me :D
