not sure if i can place this,but how long would you wait for delivery of items to come ,when youve paid,am i being unrealistic,complaining after 20 days?

No most items take up 28 day,s so give it another week if you have not heard by then,get in touch with the company in question.

thanks tosh13,i ordered some other stuff the same day and its arrived

Some times it could depend on how many of the other items they have, if there is already 15 items and 10 people have ordered it, then its despatched straight away but if there is 15 items and 20 have been ordered you have to wait until they can get it in for you.

Can you be more specific? Is it a company or an ebay purchase? And what is the item?

i bought the items off ebay,i would rather give my money to charity than be ripped off:(

If its off ebay, I would complain and instigate their complaints procedure if the goods hadn't arrived after 2 weeks at the most.

If you go into the 'help' section on ebay it tells you what to do.
