Bramall lane has a singles club for over 25s on a friday

Used to work behind the bar on the over 25's night, not really the place to go if your youngish, (in otherwords too close to 25!) a bit scary if your young, but plenty of interesting peeps to talk to, everyone seemd to really enjoy it and it was always packed, The women always used to complain about the price of the G and T's!

There always used to be two gentlemen who used to get there really early on their own, one used to be hammered and just used to dance all night as though there was a imaginary box infront of him and stare into space. The other used to be a really sweet guy but I never could stop laughing at his dancing as he looked like a thunderbird puppet he used to wear them frilly shirts that were popular in the seventies! I hope they both have found someone to be happy with by now....

Well when you find the answer to your question MP please feel free to give me a shout. I'll be on the first plane over there.

I can just see it now Bridget and Money Penny hit Broomhill, the men will be queing for the autographs.

If you want to look at the other end of the spectrum, you could try Napoleons on Ecclesall Road. A lot of the women that go in there are from the Dore crowd, orange coloured and belong to the "mutton dressed as lamb" category.

Try Banus (previously Josephines) early on a weekend night - as that seems to get a lot of guys in there - in fact they so outnumbered the girls one night i was there that I thought I had made a mistake and stumbled on a gay club .. but the numbers evened up later on in the night ... so if you want to have the first pick of the bunch go there early (and save money too !)
