I quite like pepper on tuna sandwiches, has to be orange or yellow for me though (mmm ... they're the sweetest).

Peppers are best when slow roasted with a couple of cloves of garlic, sea salt, oregano and olive oil.

They become really sweet then and are delicious

Cant beat a stuffed pepper with loads of mince, onion and tomatoes with melted cheese on the top. I think the traffic light colour packs in the supermarket are great. I do like the red ones best though, seem to be more tasty.

Now its getting cold the cookers in use again. I think i'll be visiting my mum more often.

Green ones give me indigestion...prefer red or yellow.

When I first saw the subject line I thought you were referring to pepper as in the seasoning agent for some reason :roll: in which case my answer is black, cant be doing with that white pepper malarky I mistook it for salt... which I wont be doing again in a hurry :gag:

As for vegetable I like all except green, the warm coloured red, yellow and orange ones actually taste warm and sweet and the green ones taste.... well green if you get my meaning... kinda green n grassy n horrible...
