Anyone know how to get rid of Ad-support software connected to Incredimail and iMesh?

Ad-aware from Lavasoft detects spyware, 'tho I'm not sure which specific programs

If you run ad-aware with some software, such as Kazaa, and remove the adware/spyware then the program/application won`t run. Sometimes you can get versions of the application which don`t have the hidden nasties, such as Kazaa-lite, but I don`t know about iMesh and incredimail.
