I had relatives living in one of these flats about thirty years ago and know that there used to be a lot of people who also lived in these flats.
Went past them a couple of years ago and they looked empty.
Is anyone still living in them?

nope, not for years and years i dont think, supposed to be nice flats once upon a time too

Yes they were nice flats and the people who lived there were really decent as well.
