Just wondering if any gay speed dating existed in Sheffield, if so, when and is it usually popular? I'm getting a bit tired of the gay scene being so repetitive and I would like to meet some Sheffield gay men that don't mind also living life away from the scene.

Nah thats a bit of an overgeneralisation actually, just would like someone with decent conversation who is genuine and speed dating would seem like a slightly easier way of finding those qualities.

Believe me the men in Manchester, London and Leeds are just as bad, I know from personal experience. It's not the ciy or venue, it's something about gay men who go on the scene. I have friends who are in very successful, longterm relationships and they say the success to there relationship among many other things is avoiding the gay scene.

I just want an oridinary guy with manners, humour and a sense of being alive !
