I am thinking of getting a mobile phone contract with them and was wondering whether anyone has had experience with the company?

They would refund u, if u send 4 sets of your previous bills within 14 days to them. I got my refund. BUT I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GET YOUR CONTRACT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am with them and I felt I got cheated straight through. I have contracts with onestopphoneshop and carphonewarehouse and both of them are good.
