What video games do you play on your computer?

PC?

If so, I play RollerCoaster Tycoon 2, and SimCity 4

ive got a Console for games so i dont play em often on the PC :)

Same here RPG.... use the PC for other stuff rather than games.
Although I do play Warcraft III on the PC.

I play GTA3 and Vice City on the PS2.
I've just picked up an old game for the PS2 called the Bouncer! I've not played it yet, but I thought it was fitting!

It's a massively multiplayer online flight simulator where three countries battle over territory using simulated WWII aircraft (fighters & bombers + tanks, cruisers, amphibious vehicles and troop carriers).

It's horribly addictive - I even fly for a squadron - www.332viking.no

It took me about 4 weeks of playing before I even shot another plane down, it's so hard.

But it's a free download, and free to play for 14 days (and free to play forever in LAN and head to head modes) so if you like Flight Sims and WWII have a look.

Beware however - the Flight Model is much more realistic compared to, say, WWIIOL or Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator. Graphically it's looking a bit long in the tooth, but it is the best in terms of gameplay, flightmodel and strategic gameplay.

Where do you lot get the time for all of this?

I have got a playstation and like the driving games, but don't get much time to play.

My friends and I used to play "Half-Life" and "Unreal Tournament" on our PCs at uni. We had a LAN setup in our house so it was real good fun. Since leaving I've hardly played any "video" games though... that was until I got my XBox! :D

I don't really play one game, but I've got "Project Gotham Racing", "Fuzion Frenzy", "Oddworld", "Dead Or Alive 3", "Dead Or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball", "Blinkz", "Unreal Championship", "Halo" and some rally game...

I mostly play online FPS games like Counter-Strike and RTCW-Enemy Territory.

When I can drag myself away from those I play a lot of RPG games.

I only tend to play online games now, I find the AI, offline ones too boring. At the moment, I don't have much time for long strategic online games. BattleField 1942 and Counter Strike are games that I have played and enjoyed.

The Sims. My boyfriend recommended it when i got my lappy a few weeks ago cos he said it was ' a girl game' and ive never been off it since.

Before that i could play any cos my PC was too crap and never played them for about 7 years but before that i had an amiga 600 and was addicted to this paint game where you could animate. Sonic on the mastersystem and mariokart on super nintendo.

God knows how ive still got 20/20 vision.

GTA Vice City on PC. What an amazing game, such depth. Bit violent though, plus a rip off of Durell's 1985 classic TURBO ESPRIT for the Sinclair Spectrum!

Recently finished Tomb Raider AOD - very dissapointing indeed. Ratchet and Clank was fun as was Primal - Silent Hill 3 is good too. Got The Getaway waiting to be played.

I gave up on PC gaming years ago.

Too many problems with stuff not working under Windows XP, no XP flavoured drivers for graphics cards etc, all just too much of a pain in the wotsits.

Last proper PC game I played was probably Wing Commander Prophecy.

see iv'e not made the transition to console unlike most of me mates because i have this perception that they don't really cater so much for the strategic or RPG gamer like myself - consoles are more 'speed' games first person shooters, sports games and TOCA, need for speed racing games etc or no???

Yeah PCs are guff for games, except multiplayer antics at lunchtime ;)

Recently I've been playing FFX-2 and Prince of Persia.

Can't wait for Silent Hill 4, Mario 128 and Wind Waker 2!

I don't really play that many pc games, mainly due to the fact that my PC is a butthole and doesn't work very good.

I play Black and White, Populous the Beginning (where my avatar's from) and Tropico.

On PS2 though I ususally play the Final Fantasies, Tomb Raider and Dancing Stage and Spyro. That Broken Sword game is good too though :)

I play Unreal Championship, WWE Raw 2, Capcom Vs SNK 2 EO and World Championship Snooker 2003 at the moment, all on Xbox.

On the PC - Virtual Pool 3, Hitman 2 and if i'm really bored Need For Speed:- Under Ground.
On the PS2 - Metal Gear Solid, GTA:VC, Final Fantasy X(again), Street Fighter Alpha 3(PS1) and GT3, tho i don't do the races, just go drifting. Don't really play on the PS2 much at all now tho.

have been playing Far Cry for about a week now. i actually prefer it to Half Life. mind you, the sinking ship/helicopter incident had me beat for a while.

Doom 3? will it ever see the light of day or is it destined to be another Duke Nukem Forever?

The Sims sucks on consoles, it's better on the PC with all the downloadable extras and mouse/keyboard controls.

Yes, I own Starcraft and Broodwars but could never really get into them, probably because Warcraft has always been my favourite.

The CD's are £9.99 and you get loads (30+ I believe) of games.

Not really a game....but Flight simulator 2002 (not bad for instrument practice ).

PS2.......Res' Evil, Navy seals, Secret weapons over Normandy, Price of Persia.

I'm a big fan of RPGs and turn based Strategy (i have no co-ordination for button hammering).

I play the Baldur's Gate series, Icewind Dale series, Civilisation series (but the infinitely better Alpha Centauri IMO), Freedom Force. I love the X-COM series of games but my PC won't run them now and I really have n't got the technical skill to find out how to amke them work, the sames goes for Transport Tycoon Deluxe.

Anyone remember a game called Chrono Trigger for the SNES? That has got to be mpost fun Squaresoft RPG ever.

Picked up a copy of Auto Modelisa (sp??) on the PS2 for £5 the other day. Oldish game but still looks good, very tricky tho. Should keep me going until GT4 and MGS:SE.

THE BEST FOOTBALL GAME EVER!!!

Having finall given Aces High the heave ho (Saitek x45 stick anyone?) I have opted for something I can fire up and start shooting straight away.

Came free with HalfLife 2 - Counterstrike:source.

Beyond the all new physics engine, I never played the original so cannot comment on whether it is much of an improvement.

I do miss the massively multiplayer aspect of Aces High (now at v2 I see) but this offers me much more in terms of "instant action".

I think it is very good indeed.
