will buses still use the meadowhall interchange if the shopping centre itself is shut? im catching a bus to doncaster from there. it starts from sheffield bus interchange then meadowhall just thought id make sure!!

Yes, they'll still stop there. Just be aware that buses only run until "about 7pm" - which could easily mean the last X78 leaves M'hall at half past four or something stupid.

oh dear!! are they that bad?!! i thought id be playing safe catching the 5 to 6 one!

would it be possible for you to catch a train, thetrainline.com is showing many trains between these to cities, the one which might best suit you is 1808 from sheffield and arrives at doncaster at 1831.
there are laods of trains before and after, but check, some take 25 mins some take 40, and the 25 min ones over take the 40 ones!

Just checked on the traveline web site and the last X78 from meadowhall is at 10 past 6 tonight, the one before is at 10 to 6 so possibly not running at the usual times anyway.

theyre the 2 im looking at ill be catching tram to meadowhall so will hopefully (allowing a 20 minute wait for the tram, and 20minutes traffic) i should be there for the 10 to 6 one! i just looked at the sunday route timetable on travelsouthyorkshire site!!
