Does anyone know any great free website hosts?

I have tried Lycos, but their constant pop up adverts ruin your site!

Bravenet are OK - again they put banner ads on your site unless you pay but they do offer loads of gadgets and stuff for free.

freewebs.com is good, the only advertising is a sentence you have to paste on ur site, but you chose where is goes.

NetDirectOnline aka NDO are a free host + they give you a free .co.uk domain name.

Only condition is you have to be dialled up to their service to upload etc. Apart from that they are spot on.

Is totally free no ads 100mb, 1 mysql database for phbb2/invision board, forum or whatever, c-panel, cgi-bin for perl scripts.PHPNUKE, PHPWIKI, , OSCommerce, Guestbook, Counter, Formmail, Clock, AgoraCart and More

I also have www.thinkhosted.com who give 20mb and 1mysql, so you could combine the two.

Like I say they are free so I don't know when the free offer will end I've had mine for a week. These are two I'm using, but there are loads and you can get bigger space.
