Just when we thought TV could not get any worse, Channel 5 bring Vanessa Feltz back from the dead to present this terrible, tacky, voyeristic show.
Who watches this nonsence? Who thinks people will want to watch this nonsence?
I dread to think but it would seem TV really is speeding up on it's downward spiral.

I watch it every night. I find it quite entertaining actually. Just because you dont like it doesnt mean no-one will watch. I know plenty of people who watch it. Its funny watching the people getting things done to them and seeing how they turn out in the end. They are people ill never understand so watching them is entertaining to me.
Glad i saw my op after i had it done, would have changed my mind if i had seen it before.
Do the show the cock ups as well?

It's a bit like car-crash tv....
It is fascinating, watching the medical procedures, I have to admit, although I certainly was grossed out by the feature a few days ago, about the woman who had undergone a procedure to have the "largest implants in the UK". It looked to me as if the surgeon was having difficulty closing the incision because of the size of the implants.
I, personally felt that that procedure was just silly and unnecessary.
What was the point of inflicting breasts *that* grotesque on oneself? (gentlemen... I ask that you refrain from answering that particular question! ;) )
For one, we have all seen how"awful" these disproportionate, "barbie-doll-bosoms" look on women like Pammy, Jordan and Lolo Ferrari.
And, for two, there are many women each year who have to undergo breast reduction because their bosom is large enough to cause problems with their posture, and backs, and with painful grooves from the bra-straps cutting into their shoulders.
Why inflict that on oneself?
I also was quite perturbed by the feature on last night's show, about the anal- bleaching procedure. That really was a "wtf..?" moment. Another pointless procedure, specifically designed to seperate the imbecilic, the insecure, and the senseless from their cash, IMO. Someone really needs their bumps felt, imo, if they feel it necessary to hand cash over to such charlatans, for that.

But the vagina tightening seemed to be a very worthwhile procedure - thinking of saving up for my good lady. I'll tell her about it very soon ;)

Most people don't know that implants have to be replace about every 10 years, as they go hard and feel awful.
So they have to open you up again peel the implant from the tissue and muscle that has grown around them remove them and then put a new one into place and wait for when it needs doing again. I was in hospital with ladies that had implants done and many said they would not have it done again, and they were in a lot more pain than me, and i can say i hurt a lot.
