someone i know works on the council carparks,about 7pm recently this person was getting ready for finishing work when a women with a car full of kids pulled into the car park she flashed her council ID and said would it be ok to park..she was told it would be ok but what council work was she doing at 7pm she replied taking these kids round to see if they get served with lotto tickets............

but that is a good thing! why warn shop keepers etc of this, when irrisponsible shop keepers & news agents sell to underage kids, they should be caught out!
