ELECTRIC SLIDE-

Body Popping and Breakdancing lessons at the forum Cafe/bar from Monday 20th September. Lessons start at 7:30 to 9:30.
£3 for non members. and £2 for members.

body popping - learn hitting, locking, wave, robotic, electric boogaaloo, sliding, gliding, strobing, ticking, etc.

For people who never done any popping before - we will take you through basic popping which will help you develop your style.

Breaking - basic breaking includes uprock and footwork.

So come along and have a try, dont worry if you never done it before. We will have you popping like you never thought you could.

After the lessons from 9:30 the dj will be spinning old school breakbeats and funkbeats from the b-boy days back in the 80's.
so come along and see the dancers as take on other crews from the U.k.
