I moved into a new house a few months ago and since we started using the sink in the bathroom the wall has turned moldy and its been so long now that the room below is now turning moldy.

The pipe had been plastered into the wall so im assuming its probably cracked and the water is leaking out into the wall. We cant seem to find anyone who wants to fix it, ive called loads of companies most go to answer machine and others just dont bother turning up to give us an estimate, one guy did and the quote was so ridiculously expensive I assume he probably was trying to put us off hiring him.

We've had a plumber friend give us an area of how much it should cost but he's booked up till late next year so he cant do it unfortunately. We just want to have the pipe removed and a new one put in thats not plastered into the wall and a new soil pipe putting on the back of the house as thats not looking to great either.

Anyone out there who knows a plumber who may be interested? Corgi registered please.
