I don't mean on TV (eg, Saddam Hussain) but who you have come accross personally. I was working as a call centre manager for the company he paid to market his time shares. He was tall, large built, scottish, jet black hair, the strongest glare and roughest voice I've ever known. He even had a body guard with him called Tiny who was 6ft 7 and built like arnies bigger brother.
