Just heard about a Russian doctor that was doing a routine operation on a man private parts.

The doctor arrived for work but something had upset him and he was not in a good mood.

He accidently cut a tube and could cope no longer with what upset him he cut of the mans penis and then precided to hack it to bits and then threw it away.

Imagine what the bloke felt like when he woke up and found out what had happened.

No need to apologise Rosie...I am laughing like a maniac , at the thought of his face, eeerrr I might just forget to inform him it happened in Russia.

So when the consultant asks whether you have any questions about the procedure they is about to do you need to ask him/her if they are in a good mood.

I'd imagine the russian patient would be seriously hacked off!
