Attn Blades:

I know you're all outspoken on here but would you be interested in having your views actually heard.

We're looking to produce a weekly podcast as just another way of keeping the exiles up to date because as far as we're aware, nothing like it exists specifically for Sheffield United fans. And just to add further interest, we're giving all Blades the chance to participate.

Our voicemail number is 0114 2998344 (local rate for Sheffield-folk and don't worry, you don't have to talk to anyone!)

This week, we'd like to hear:

* your predictions for the Bolton match, how you think the Blades should line up... (for our small audio preview tomorrow)

* your reaction to the Bolton match, man of the match... think praise or grumble without Paul Walker interrupting you! (for our Monday podcast)

* your views on how the Blades players have fared in their internationals this week

* how you see the rest of the season going

* any other messages for United fans

Just give us a bell with your message and leave your preferred name (could be your forum name?) and location.

Obviously, we're just starting out with the podcasts but we've arranged for them to be downloadable for free through the itunes store.

So cheers muchly if you can help us and your fellow United fans

Hopefully the first proper edition will be available on Monday.

Agree i dont think we would get him or Nugent now but you never know.
What is good to hear is what was said in the Star on the second to last page and that is the strengthening of ties and the subsequent movement of players to these sides for the future benefit of ourselves.
I have heard that Allardyce will be resting 4 or 5 of his stars for the game at the weekend as he and Warnock are good mates and he wants to see us stop in the prem.
Now i wonder what the response would be from the unbadged one if we won and leepfrogged them? I bet he would be real pleased, not.

Neil Warnock's wait for a new contract is over with the promise last night of a two-year deal.
Sheffield United's plc chairman Kevin McCabe revealed that talks are under way on an offer.
The way it is structured will be determined on whether their Premiership status is secured but the club will stand by him even if relegated, with the possible option of a third year.
Webber has a metatarsal injury, whilst Gillespie has picked up a bug since returning from international duty

To be fair if warnock keeps us in this division then he deserves a new deal -even the most hardened anti-warnocker has to agree with that!!!!
