A man in Sri Lanka was jailed for 1 year for giving out a loud yawn while in court on a sexual assault charge. Apparently the judge was furious and immediately issued a 1 year jail sentence.

The sex assault case was adjourned.

I realize that it is quite possible that this guy was taking the urine with a loud yawn but 1 year seems rather excessive. Can you imagine if the sex assault charge is dropped and he just ends up serving 1 year for a yawn. :loopy: :confused:
