Just been to see the Dragonforce gig.

Firewind were pretty good, never heard of them before but i quite liked what they played.

All That Remains (the main reason i went to see the gig) were very good, but seemed a litttle out of place supporting Dragonforce as they were much heavier. They managed to get a circle pit going, which i stayed out of :)

And Dragonforce. Im soo glad i got to see what they were like live, I like them...but I found their set a little boring towards the end. I love their ballards but they didnt play "Dawn of a New World"! I guess theres only so much insanely fast guitar playing and 80's perms one can take.

All in all, definatley worth seeing.

I went to the gig. Missed the first band, All That Remains were ok, but sound just like all the other current Roadrunner New Wave of Heavy Metal bands.

Circle pit was lame. Dragonforce were amazing as ever, and funnier than they usually are, although the keyboard solo wasn't as good as usual.
