Along castlegate (bottom of old markets), along bridge street (behind magistrates' court and police HQ)to the lights (junct with snig hill)
go along west bar to roundabout past law courts
left up west bar green, past police station to next roundabout

up hill (broad lane) toward old jessops ? st georges church
by st georges church thers a pedestrian crossing
turn right near there, edward street flats is an art deco looking tenement block of flats about 100 yards down the hill.
