Hey All

Does anyone live in or near Gleadless and have TalkTalk broadband? if so, is it any good? Any problems with being cut off occasionally, slow at peak times etc?

Not gleadless but not far away- we have just gone to Talktalk broadband
and so far loads better than Tiscali who we were glad to finish with

two of my mates are on it and they are constantly getting cut off etc.

they told me my phone and broadband would be re-connected after they cut it off by accident

Said it would take a maxium of 10 days.............still waiting 3 months later.

I'm not far from gleadless and have had talktalk for about 3 months. It seems fine, never reached my download limit, seems constantly fast enough. Only problem is, it does occasionally disconnect but I'm sure that happens with other providers. overall, I have to say I'm more than happy with the service I don't actually pay for!

to summarise, free broadband = good!

Im in Woodhouse - still nothing from Talk Talk....

Don't talk to me about Talk Talk, they welched on my cooling off part of contract. Too long to describe what went wrong on here, but they are a no-no :-(
