View Full Version : How much from Hillsborough park to town on the tram? kittenta 02-12-2006, 08:04 Had a look around the net but can't find any price lists or anything? Oh and is it still 40p anywhere for the kids and free under 5? Andy C 02-12-2006, 12:26 Stagecoach Supertram's website - www.supertram.net has a journey planner that shows the fare. Unfortunately it appears to be broken at the moment! The child fare is part of SYPTE's concessionary fare scheme. Children aged 12-15 go for 40p flat fare but only with a Megatravel pass, all children aged 5-11 go for 40p flat fare and under 5's go free. The adult fares are £1.20/£1.50/£1.80 single depending on distance, or they do an all day rider for £2.70, which is valid for unlimited travel on Stagecoach services in Sheffield for the day (both trams and buses). Sketty24 02-12-2006, 13:16 I almost always buy a day rider. It's cheaper and more useful that the First's £3.50 one! kittenta 02-12-2006, 14:03 Thanks for that, it cost me £1.50 in the end. wish i'd known about the all day one, don't usually use buses or trams. I did get asked if I was under 16 though :D :D :D made me day seeing as i'm 27 next week :hihi: matsalleh 02-12-2006, 15:49 I went this morning and there was no conductor,so free.
