I met her in a chatroom a long time ago and her nick was Whizz and I just got into the habit. She hates it when I call her the name especially in public but I cant help it, habits are hard to break. I rarely call her Julie which isnt surprising because her name is Anne.

I have all manner of variations on my real name shortened versions.

But my housemates, and now one of the housemates' parents call me kitten, or kittycat.

The security bloke on reception at my old workplace used to call all the blokes "cock" for some bizarre reason. Every time I left the building he'd call out "See yer cock!" and I'd retort "Not if I can help it!".

when i first met him he never smiled! so i called him grump to wind him up, and two years later its stuck! i mean it as a term of affection, but he does get mad when i shout it in the supermarket :hihi: evryone looks for a grump old man!
