Can anyone tell me if they have had experience with Coates Solicitors - for conveyancing? They've given me the best quote but as they're not a big firm, I've not had much luck in finding friends/family that have used them.

Anybody used them before? Any good?

Know lots of people who used them! yes they are a small firm but the service you get is exceptional, and much more personal than with the "conveyor-belt" conveyancers who you can never get through to. And the prices are indeed very competitive. Would highly recommend them:) .

ive also got a quote from coates and they seem cheap, but are they quick? i dont want a solicitor thats going to take forever :(

Pauline the solicitor there I have know her for many years before she set up at Mosborough and can say what an efficient, proffessional she is and her team are a credit to her.

You won't go wrong with Pauline a nice, briiliant down to earth person you won't get much better
