Why is it that some of them don't have toilets in them? How am I supposed to go to the loo?

My local Asda, is great. It is a big room, that I can push in the shopping trolley/pram/car seat with the little one in it, It has a lock on the main room door and there is a toilet in there I can go to. Tesco's on the other hand, is a small room, not enough room to swing a cat and no toilet. So the other day I had to unstrap the carseat from the trolley, carry it through 2 doors, place it on the unhygenic floor and leave the door open, whilst I went to the loo. - Not a pretty site for all involved.

I decided to put in a suggestion to my Tesco's and have asked them to install a toilet in the baby changing room - doubt it will happen, but at least I have vocied my concern.

Thought it might be good, if people listed good changing rooms where Moms or Dads can also use the loo.

Being pregnant with my first, Ive always wondered how you go to the loo when your out with the baby in a pushchair.

I sort of came to my own conclusion that parents must use the disabled toilets, never thought about baby changing rooms. Although you have just proved that not all have toilets in them!

you beat me to it - disabled toilets are how i manage, as they're quite easy to find, and stop you having to traips around half a dozen different toilets in different places (walking 2 miles with a pushchair? enjoy!) to find somewhere for a wee.

oh, and since having thimble-bladder whilst pregnant, i developed the ability to hold it in for hours; i used to think i needed a wee desperately, but would literally wee a few drops, so i stopped going so often and just put up with it. still do the same - it's amazing how long you can hang on for if you don't have any comfortable options available.

this is so annoying esp with my big pram-no chance of getting into the ladies H&M in mhall used to have changing and loo but not sure now

The doors into the baby changing in Debenhams in town are tiny - no good for a side by side and I don't remember them having a loo in there either.
I don't think Boots in M'hell have a loo in theirs either. I could be wrong but I think there's just a corner for breast feeding with a curtain over it.
Mothercare in M'hall does and I can even get my double pushchair in there.
I think Sainsburys at Pistol Creeks do - though don't quote me and the normal baby changing in Pistol Creeks near the ladies loos does have one.
Even then, the normal ladies loos are big enough and quiet enough to go to a loo at the back and leave the door open enough to see the pushchair and generally no one will come near anyway.
The baby changing at the loos by the Oasis have one but it normally stinks.
