Saw this in a gaming forum and was wandering what it is.

I believe it's the name given to an account used by people to download a lot of stuff without contributing much back.

E.g. "I have a leech account for the next month with Warez-r-us and am going to drain that site dry!"

For many people, used to refer to MP3s, games, etc.
