Please help Forummers.

I need to get to speak to an actual person at Easy Jet rather than an automated message with lots of options, none of which are relevant to my query.

I have searched their website and also my booking confirmation and cannot locate any number where you can actually speak to somebody, its so frustrating. I've also checked the questions and answer section and none of those relate to my query either.

They have withdrawn the money for my booking twice from my bank account! :(

Can anyone help please? :help: :help:

Thanks.

I can't offer more specific help, but generally if you phone up and are presented with an automated message full of options, if you don't press anything you'll get put through to an operator. Good luck! :)

this is the worst company in the world to get personal contact with the solution above may or may not work

Got it sorted and they paid my money back saying they would do it as a 'matter of goodwill'.

Hello!! Where is the goodwill in that? You took money twice from my account for only one booking?? :loopy:

Oh well, main thing is I got my money back so I'm happy with th:) at.

Only about 5 minutes when we finally found the right number.

However, prior to that I had been going round in circles on one of those automated lines with loads of menu options, and none of them related to my query. It was so frustrating and costing me a fortune. :gag:

No wonder they can offer cheap flights - with what they charge for customer service telephone enquiries thats probably where they pull some profit back!
