What do people think is great or unique about Sheffield that makes it distinctive?

What do you want Sheffield to be famous for in ten years time?

How about having the foresight and guts to make a statement with the preservation and imaginative use of the cooling towers at Tinsley?

It's the greenest and most wooded city in the country I believe, lots of great parks too.

That's what does it for me -

Not Waingate, Haymarket, The Moor and certainly not Meadowhall.

Them tower things at the side of the M1.

Apparently it is the "greenest" city in Europe according to amount of public parks (m2) per capita.

I do like the fact that Sheffield has loads of great parks and is so close to the Peak District.

Tree lined boulevards.

The views (due to the 7 hills) still surprise me after 16 years living here.

I love the fact that it's quite convenient for getting to Leeds.
