I need to try my multichanger in another car and also the sat-nav / tv controller (silver box which sits behind the multichanger in the boot)
They are both unplugged and just plug in. I think one of them is broken as my sat nav no longer works and the TV does not emerge from the dash.. It would only take 5 mins. They obviously need a car of similar spec else they wont have one or possibly both components. Mine is 2001 reg but I think any that have such units should work. Certainly the multichanger as it's still current and I don't think the satnav has changed in the newer models.

My colleague's car is an 03 2.0T. it doesn't have standard satnav, cos he bought a separate one and I don't think it has a TV.
he's in now so I'll ask over lunch.

I've checked and he doesn't have either the sat nav or the TV.

Does he have a 6 cd multichanger in the boot?
