11 to 16 years 6:30 to 7:30

I can just about manage a running somersault on the ground. I can do them on a spring board and trampoline quite well. But i cant do any backwards things yet! Need to get the bottle to do so :-)

I can do cartwheels and handstands and stuff .... but I voted for forward roll.
