Last night my volvo 760 turbo was stolen from the park hill area
the reg no is E233 MYF its a white saloon. The car looks newer than it is.
By co-incidence my daughter was in the filling station on city road whils`t the people who stole the car washed it !! I am wondering if they either have a cusomer for it or they`ve gone for a spin to the coast, It was last sighted in the orgreave area, any help finding the car will be much appreciated, it took me 5 years to save up for this car and I loved it.
Thanks

They washed it????? Sounds like they had a buyer.
The garage's CCTV should be able to ID the thieves....?

Did your mum kidnap it?

nope, just a low life motor trader who got it wrong, and then put it right.

so was it theft or mistaken identity? DId they have the keys ? I'm intrigued now.

Perhaps an entry for the most hapless crime?

Like the burglar who robbed my parents, except he left a note saying how he was sorry they didn't have anything, and he'd be on his way.... (all true).

I used to work with a guy that in his younger days got arrested for stealing cars.

What he had been doing was Friday night he would steal the car (causing as little damage as possible). He would then pick up a couple of his mates and drive to the coast. He would then drive back on the Sunday, refuel back to where it was, clean out any rubbish that they had put in there, then when it was late he would park it back on the drive where He had pinched it from.

He got caught when the coppers just waited until the Sunday and staked out where a car had been stolen on the Friday.
