I'm sat here waiting for my Brand new 42" plasma TV to be delivered. Although I'm looking forward to it I'm not that excited (I'M paying for it)it reminds me of the first time my family got it's first colour TV I can remember running home from school to just to see colour TV even though there wasn't much on (some things never change) what got you excited as a child??? As it seems nothing much gets children excited these days

I remember when we got our first colour telly (1969 ithink) but i think my first cycle was my first great memory, how times change.

I remember when colour TV started, we got all excited, and what did the non-creative garbage at the BBC put on ? - Wimbledon !
We therefore went from black and white to green and white. The most exciting things were the bottles of orange Barley Water near the Umpire's chair.
