Doe anybody else dislike robins?
They pose on holly branches in the hope of getting pictured on Christmas cards. And they are idle little ********.Just hanging around until some sucker of a gardener digs the soil so they can stuff their little fat bellies on worms.
The problem is both the male and female are identical. So it causes some nasty situations in the breeding activities.Naturists are unclear if robins display gay behaviour.
They are related to nightingales if that is of any interest to anyone living outside Berkely Square.
It is an offence to kill robins -intentionally.
Can somebody recommend an accompaniment to roasted robin
and a suitable wine.

My dislike of Robins goes back a long way. As a child, one sunny afternoon, I was apprehended by one on our back garden by the swing. It pecked me constantly, causing me considerable pain and suffering.
It teased and taunted me until I could take no more. Eventually, in tears, I went in the house to my mother who ran out and chased it off with a rake.
To this day I have a morbid dread of these violent creatures due to my appalling experience as a small child.

.
OTOH if Robins were naturists there would be no problem, we could see what sex they were and what their inclination was by which other Robins they were being friendly with :D
Actually Robins are vicious little brutes and males will often fight to the death over property rights.
I prefer tits myself.
(sorry, someone had to say it.)
And if ROBINS were 'NATURISTS' they'd become BLUETITS in cold weather.....

Yes, it pecked me there too, I'll have you know!
When I got over my ordeal, I noticed that the Robin would appear on our garden fence at precisely four minutes to eight every morning.
Such was the preciseness of the said bird's punctuality, it became known locally as the Robin Reliant.
