why does the forum have a "contact us" when nobody ever sends a reply over the last few weeks I have sent at least six never had on reply to any query.

What is the point of having a "contact us" if no one replies.

I sent a query two days ago re a pulled thread wwhich was not contraversial in any way. did not contain any rants, no swear words. did not contain any links, and was not illegal, it was pulled the only thing I WANT IS a simple explanation why.
