Hi.

I was wondering if anyone has sold their house to a company who pays cash. I would assume they offer less than the normal estate agents valuations as its a no hassle deal but wondered how much less they may offer. If so, could anyone suggest any companies/organisations they would recommend or maybe stay clear of.
