Need to move to Sheffield but don't know the place at all. Had a look round last week and Chapeltown looked quite nice and well located for rail and M1. Hoping to buy a small house, were I can relativly easily get to the Northern General.

However, any comments would be appreciated. Is the place overpriced etc.

i live in chapeltown and its a very nice area.theres nothing you could fault about it. supermarkets, many schools(secondary and primary and nursery),close to the famous meadowhall, pubs, petrol stations,resteraunts/take aways, parks, swimming baths etc. it depends on the area that you want to buy a house in.some parts are over priced but many places have very good prices.im sure you will like it if you move here.
