I'll explain. My daughter wants to make some word tiles so that she can make sentences with them (yes I know you can buy them but she likes making things so why not) But she wants to be able to put them on the fridge. The word cards are only likely to be about an inch in width so can I buy magnets small enough to go on the back and how would I fasten them on safely?

This (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270053226852&ssPageName=MERC_VIC_ReBay_Pr4_PcY_BIN_IT&refitem=270048192800&itemcount=4&refwidgetloc=closed_view_item&usedrule1=CategoryProximity&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget) might be what your after, i've just bought some myself.
You can cut it to whatever size you want, and it is adhesive on one side.
hope that helps :)

Perfect, thank you, just bought some
You can also get magnetic sheet from m-tech at orgreave (well it's supposed to go in inkjet printers, but I'm sure it'll take a permanent or OHP marker nicely  )
