Hi, I'm bidding with the council every week for the tower blocks on Martin Street (not everyones cup of tea i know)
Does anyone live in them or know anyone who lives in them?
I just wondered if theres much trouble? or any blocks that i should avoid, should i ever get offered one.

The electoral register says that 190 of the 288 flats are occupied, implying that 98 (23 or 24 in each block, an average of one per floor) are unoccupied.

Ash, Albion Block is a nice block - not full of smackheads like the one's near the White Rails.
I lived in them 6 years and only moved out in August this year. My partner has a flat on there and it's not bad at all. In fact whenever I stayed on my own I always felt nice & safe. Good luck:)

p.s. the two very bottom blocks are for over 40's (or over 50's) not quite sure, which means they are the quietest blocks - I suppose it depends if you're that old??

I'll try and avoid the ones near the rails then. Im not quite old enough for the bottom 2 if they're for over 40s. Although at the rate of my bidding success i'll probably qualify for the over 60's before i get one
