Last time I was in Crookes there was a Spanish restaurant called Spinrocs.

This place is owned and run by a Belgian but does as advertised above the door it Serves the Taste of Spain.

Excellent tapas and Spanish main meals.

I can fully recommend it.

Spinrocks in crookes is the best!

Just order a plata of tapas, theri si so much to choose from and it is all excellent.

Really imaginitive and of the best best quality.

Better then nay i've found in Spain and i go looking every year.

Also does really great Sangrita with Spanish beers on tap and a good selection of Spanish wine.

It is worth the travel!!!

I belive there is one on West street at the Tram stop, I'm not sure on the name but think it's La Mancha.

La Mancha’s not really a Spanish restaurant but more a sort of Mexican/Spanish/ Italian hybrid of the variety West Street has more then it’s fair share of. I do like La Mancha, the foods not fantastic but for the price it’s great. They also stay open really late, I've had many a good night in La Mancha.

But Spinrocks really is in a different league to La Mancha, very Spanish very good. can’t recommend it enough
