Went to the new(ish) Tequilla Tapas bar and restaurant on west street last night.

The bar area is nice, cosy booths and plenty of room for standing. resident Dj with a good mix of music and not too much annoying chat.

the restaurant is a private area towards the back of the bar and very reasonably priced. everything tasted lovely, with the whitebait and duck especially nice.

the service was quick and friendly too.

if you get chance - pop in, I highly recommend it.

I agree Tequila is the best kept secret on West Street. Fantastic food with a vast choice, all reasonbly priced with an excellent waitress service.
Fridays nights are definitely worth checking out for their funky Soul music and good time atmosphere. With 2 for 1 cocktails before 8 they give you a good reason to start early - I'd recommend any person of any age will love Tequila!
