Juventus this year are looking quality. All the old guard were rid in a Summer clearout and new talent has been acquired. They are blitzing Serie A with big guns Inter and AC nowhere to be seen. 8 wins and a draw so far, no stopping them.

Oh come on, don't be daft.
We all knew they would win it anyways

I couldn't believe it when the bookies quoted my 1000-1.

I thought "I'll have some of that" and put a tenner on. To this day I still think they made an error when calculating those odds.

Even by your pitiably low standards of trolling this is just pathetic, do you really think that posters here aren’t aware that Juve are playing in Serie B and aren’t in the Champions League this year?

Note how the incredible might of Juventus fails to romp away with the Serie A title. Or, indeed, to be in Serie A at all.

They have won 8 and drawn 1 of the first nine games. You got that right. But if you took 1,000-1 against Juve winning Serie A, or the Champions' League, this season you should go and claim your stake back. An unwinnable bet, is void.

You're joking!?

Did they get relegated last year or something!?! Bugger!

LMAO!!!

Prudence personified, this thread has seriously made me laugh. If you want even better odds Rosbif, see what odds you get on Brazil winning Euro 2008 :hihi:

Now that is plain daft, everybody knows Brazil compete in the African equivalent.

Who had the best result of all 5 British teams this week and have qualified with 2 games in hand?

That would be Liverpool. Wouldn't have said it was best result even though they won 3-0. Reckon Chelsea did well to draw away. Shame ;) Arsenal are struggling.

Ironically it's the weakest British team fortunately qualifying from the weakest group.

I wouldn't say Arsenal are struggling, a win v Hamburg at home means they qualify barring a defeat in portugal - and porto are very poor.

Arsenal on other nights would be on 12 points and coasting, should have won by at least 6 last night!

20 odd misses on goal. Couldn't have been more unlucky.

Being a Blade, I can confidently say that our strike force has been more effective .......

To be honest though, there were remarkable misses all over the place, not just Arsenal .......
